Arturo was born and raised in Stockton, CA and received two bachelor's degrees in History and Psychology at 91µ¼º½ÊÓƵ. While at Dominican, Arturo was heavily involved on campus as a peer mentor, basketball recreational sports supervisor and student ambassador all 4 years.
